Mukta Ma'am is a very passionate teacher and put all her heart in teaching, she commands mastery over language and delivery, but with respect to class platform (tech side) of Bambinos, its quite poor and entirely built on zoom, there is no cx/ux , no innovative modules likes cuemaths etc , infact bambinos doesnt have own lms for kids to engage and basically anyone can connect directly over zoom to continue classroom learning then engaging on Bambinos
