Refund and Cancellation Policy for Bambinos Live

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for programs purchased from Bambinos Live. By enrolling in any program, the parent or guardian agrees to the terms listed below.

1. General Terms

All purchases made on Bambinos Live are final. Classes are planned in advance, educators are assigned, and schedules are created based on confirmed enrollments. Any request for cancellation or refund must follow the terms in this policy.

2. Cooling Off Period

Parents may request a cancellation within seventy two hours of enrollment if the child has not attended any class. A full refund will be issued in this case. Once a class is attended, this period ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

• The program has not started and no class has been attended.
• A technical issue from our side prevented participation in multiple sessions and our team could not resolve it despite written communication.
• Any other exception approved in writing by the Bambinos Live management team.

If a refund is processed, Bambinos Live will deduct the cost against taxes, classes taken (after adjusting for any discount given), and ten percent operational and bank transaction charges.

All refund requests must be sent in writing to support@bambinos.live along with the registered mobile number, order details, and the reason for requesting a refund.

4. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• The parent or child changes their mind after joining.
• The child cannot attend classes due to personal reasons such as travel, exams, or schedule changes.
• Requests raised after a program is completed or nearing completion.
• Issues related to the child's internet, device, or login problems.

Unused classes do not qualify for refunds. They may be rescheduled only if teachers are available. Parents may choose to use unused classes for any other program at Bambinos Live. A ticket can be raised to request a course change.

5. Class Rescheduling

Bambinos Live will try to provide a new schedule based on educator availability. Rescheduling depends on operational feasibility. Repeated no shows or last minute cancellations from the parent side are treated as attended classes and are not eligible for refunds.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempt to raise a chargeback after attending classes or using Bambinos Live services will be treated as misuse. Bambinos Live will present attendance logs, communication records, and proof of services. Once a class is attended, services are considered delivered. Chargebacks that do not follow this policy will be contested, and Bambinos Live may recover costs related to disputed transactions.

7. Arbitration and Jurisdiction

Parents agree to first communicate with Bambinos Live in writing to resolve concerns. If a dispute remains unresolved, it will be addressed through arbitration under Indian arbitration laws. Arbitration will take place in Bengaluru Karnataka, and only Bengaluru courts will have jurisdiction.

8. Policy Updates

Bambinos Live may update this policy as needed. Updated terms will be published on the website and will take effect immediately.

9. Acknowledgment

By enrolling, paying, and accessing classes, parents confirm that they have read and accepted this refund and cancellation policy. It is the parent's responsibility to review this policy. Use of Bambinos Live services means acceptance of all terms.
